1. Return Policy
At Zyn NZ, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1.1. Unopened Products
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original condition.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs incurred during the original purchase will not be refunded.

1.2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Process: Contact us at hello@zyn-nz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the damaged or incorrect product. We will provide further instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Shipping Costs: In cases of damaged or incorrect products, Zyn NZ will cover the return shipping costs.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
2.1. Conditions for Refund
- Unopened Products: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will exclude the original shipping costs.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the return is approved for damaged or incorrect products, a full refund including the original shipping costs will be issued.
2.2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and it passes our inspection.
- You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
